The Kennebunk Inn has 17 rooms and 6 suites, all are pet friendly*.  Each one has a unique configuration and list of amenities. Our rooms have been updated for comfort while maintaining the Inn's period charm. The variety of room and suite sizes, configurations, and amenities appeal to a wide variety of travelers:

• Independent adults traveling together
• Business professionals requiring living and work space
• Families and multi-generational families
• Special groups (e.g. family reunions, golfers, retreats)

A century ago The Inn offered fifty-two guest rooms with shared bathrooms. Today our twenty-three rooms and suites all have private baths, in-room air conditioning, and flat screen TV's.  We offer free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet and Cable TV.

Please note that the Inn has no elevators.  All three floors of The Inn (including rooms on the first floor) require stair access and are not fully handicap accessible.
